Create a My KidsLife foreign user account

Foreign users who don’t possess a National Register number are unable to log in via itsme or eID. However, you can create an account that provides access to the My KidsLife online customer portal. Discover how to create an account here.

Request an account

Your KidsLife adviser will gladly create an account on your behalf. Simply follow the steps below and we’ll supply you with the necessary information:

1. Send an email to your KidsLife adviser

2. Specify your First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth

3. Specify your file number.

Your KidsLife adviser will create an account using the same email address that you used to send this email and the information that you supplied.

Once your account has been created, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing the next steps for selecting a password.

And that's it! Your account has been created and you now have continuous access to your online Child Benefit file via My KidsLife

Live in Belgium or possess a National Register number?

Then you cannot and need not create an account. KidsLife customers receive automatic access to the My KidsLife customer portal. You can log in quickly and securely via itsme or eID.
