    Once you’ve chosen to use eBox, you will receive all documents from every affiliated government agency electronically.
    Following your one-time eBox registration, the KidsLife Child Benefit Fund will send all your documents electronically via eBox.
    Please note that each parent is required to register separately with eBox. So make sure to check the name on the letter you received at home.

  • My KidsLife

    No. Once you’ve activated your personal eBox, you’ll receive documents from all affiliated organisations electronically from that date on. 

  • My KidsLife

    The easiest way to check this by visiting the eBox website.

    • Can you access your documents as soon as you log in (via itsme, eID, etc.)? Then you’re already registered on eBox.
    • If you are asked to register on eBox when trying to log in (via itsme, eID, etc.), it means you haven't registered on the platform before. If you don’t want to register on eBox, you can simply leave the eBox environment without confirming this request. 

    You can also contact your KidsLife consultant, who will be happy to help you.

  • My KidsLife

    The KidsLife Child Benefit Fund, of course! But many other organisations and government agencies also use eBox. See who is listed on the eBox website here.
    Want to register on eBox? That way you’ll automatically receive all documents from these companies and agencies in your digital mailbox. 

  • My KidsLife

    Are you registered on eBox? Then you’ll automatically receive all documents and correspondence from KidsLife in your eBox digital mailbox.

    Would you still like to have a document or letter on paper? Please contact your KidsLife consultant, who will be happy to help.

    All KidsLife documents remain available in eBox for 3 years. 
    Would you like to view Child Benefit or Growth Package documents after this 3-year period? Then please contact your KidsLife consultant.

  • My KidsLife

    You are notified each time a new document is sent to your eBox digital mailbox. You can choose the email address you want the notification sent to in your personal eBox environment. 
    Important note! This email address does not have to be the same as the email address in your Child Benefit or Growth Package file. Changing the email address in eBox won't automatically change the email address in your My KidsLife or Child Benefit file. And changing your email address with KidsLife doesn’t mean your email address in eBox will change either.

  • My KidsLife

    You don't have Itsme? Or are you unable to identify yourself via Itsme to get access to My KidsLife? Then you can always use the other identification possibilities via CSAM:

    • eID card reader
    • Digital security code via e-mail
    • Security code via mobile app
    • Security code via token

    For security reasons, logging in via a password is not possible. 

    iPhone users can sometimes experience problems logging in via Itsme. 
    We are working on a solution. 
    As an iPhone user we advise you to consult My KidsLife via another device or computer. 
    You can of course continue to use the Itsme app to identify yourself.
